Privacy and compliance mapping
Map technical and operational evidence to selected control frameworks. BSA findings support assessment; they do not themselves confer certification.
What BSA is designed to examine
- Privacy policy and terms against what the product actually collects and does.
- Cookie disclosures, consent handling and data deletion behavior.
- Technical evidence mapped to controls in frameworks the owner selects.
- The difference between technical evidence, documented policy, operational evidence and external certification.
How results are meant to be reported
- Each control is mapped to the evidence behind it, or marked as having none.
- Passing a mapped check is not the same as being certified. Reports say so.
- Policy statements that the system does not support are flagged as gaps.
BSA findings support an assessment. They do not confer certification and are not legal advice.
