What the assessment request form collects
If you submit the assessment request form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, organization, what you want assessed, the scope or URLs you list, and your confirmation that you are authorized to request the assessment. The request is stored and the BSA team is notified by email so that someone can respond to you.
Abuse protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated traffic, and the site limits how many requests one network address can send in a period. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the pages.
What the site does not do
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not run advertising or analytics scripts.
